In 1983, developer Clyde “Bud” Wagner set out to build the finest condominium project in Hawaii. In 1988 he realized his dream with the completion of his 130-unit project, Wailea Point (WP). Using local designers and builders, and only the finest quality construction materials and finishes, Mr. Wagner transformed the 26.4-acre rocky lava coastline into the picturesque, luxurious development we see today. The breathtaking views and the prime oceanfront location, in the heart of Wailea, are just some of the many amenities we can enjoy in our gated community.
